The deal
Svas AI runs an AI front desk for your business. You pay the monthly fee, you get the service. Either of us can cancel any time with no penalty.
What you’re responsible for
You own your customer relationships and decide which jobs to take. AI books appointments tentatively — please confirm with the customer before sending a tech to a job site.
What we promise
Best-effort uptime, transparent outage reporting, and your data stored in Canada.
Limits
Service is provided as-is. If something goes wrong and it’s our fault, our maximum liability is the last 3 months of fees you’ve paid. We carry $2M in business insurance as a backstop for the rare case of an AI-caused mistake.
