Will my customers know they’re talking to AI?
Ava introduces herself by your business name and discloses she’s an AI assistant in the first sentence. Most callers in our 14-month pilot didn’t comment on it after that — they just want their problem solved.
What if Ava books the wrong time?
Every booking is text-confirmed to the customer within seconds. If something looks wrong, you tap Reschedule in the app and a corrected SMS goes out — Ava handles the conversation with the customer. We carry $2M in errors-and-omissions insurance.
Do I have to change my business phone number?
No. Keep your existing number. We give you a forwarding code (Bell, Rogers, Telus, MTS, Freedom each get specific instructions in the wizard). Calls land on Ava, who answers as your business.
How is this different from Polaris Voice or a service like Smith.ai?

Where is my customer data stored?
Your contacts, conversations, and customer info live in Canadian data centres (Montreal). The actual voice-AI calls run on US servers, but the recordings get copied back to Canada within 60 seconds. We can send you the full security write-up if your insurer or a customer asks.
How fast is setup, really?
8–15 minutes for the wizard if you have a Canadian phone number to forward and a Google or Outlook calendar. SMS and WhatsApp can take longer because of carrier and Meta verification — they go live in the background while you start using voice.
